Coquette

Orignally from Maryland, Chef Michael Stoltzfus moved to New Orleans in 2007. After working for John Besh, Stoltzfus opened Coquette in the Garden District of New Orleans in 2009. Coquette serves a small, constantly evolving menu with a focus on local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.
