Maddie's Place, Little Rock
Chef Brian Deloney graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York and honed his culinary skills across America, including Austin, New Orleans, and Las Vegas, where he learned the restaurant business in fine high-energy restaurants that attracted local and celebrity clients. Back in his home town of Little Rock, he is currently Chef-Proprietor of Maddie’s Place where he creates fresh adaptations of New Orleans-influenced comfort foods and serves them in a funky, casual, family-friendly environment.
