Chef Rusty Hamlin, Executive Chef for Zac Brown Band, has a style rooted in the rich traditions of Louisiana and the American South. He is either on the road with Zac Brown Band designing and preparing the band's famous "Eat & Greet" or at home in the Atlanta area at his restaurant Atkins Park Tavern of Smyrna, Georgia. His hard work and infectious personality—as well as his passion for delivering the finest meals with the freshest ingredients from local farms—comes through in every meal he serves. Chef Rusty is a graduate of the Culinary Arts Institute of Louisiana.
