Mark Falgoust has been at a helm of Grand Isle Restaurant since 2008, giving guests a true Deep South dining experience in the heart of New Orleans. While he was raised in the city, his curiosity was piqued and his cooking style influenced by his relatives in Bayou Pigeon and Pierre Part, LA. Falgoust has worked under the tutelage of Anne Kearney-Sterns of Peristye and Donald Link of Cochon and has recently been nominated for a James Beard award.
